Tayyorlash:

Avval oshirma hamir qoramiz(http://pazanda.ucoz.com/news/2009-07-16-119). Unga avval tuz va drojani solib, so’ngra iliqdan issiq suvni solib qo’lga yopishadigan hamir qoramiz va yuzasiga 1osh-q o’simlik yog’i quyib,

Qizigan yog’da piyozni 1daqiqa qovurib, go’sht solamiz va oqargach, somoncha to’g’ralgan

rahmat, shunaqa ajoyim taom reseptini quyganingiz uchun. Men ham ilgari pishirgandim ammo xamirini qattiq qilib quyganim uchun uncha uxshamagandi. Ammo sizni reseptiz buyicha yaqinda pishirib kordim juda yumshoq va mazali chiqdi. Xamirini sutga qordim ham. Pegodi sevimli taomlarimdan biri. Siz usha taomni bilmaganlarga orgatganiz uchun tashakkurlar.
